On Tuesday, June 23, Colleen (a.k.a. the French musician Cécile Schott) plays her first New York show since 2007, to mark the release of her new album Captain of None on Thrill Jockey. Opening will be pianist Katya Mihailova, performing solo piano music of Messiaen, Satie, and Josquin, with visual accompaniment by lighting designer Sarah Frankel.
